Tiffany Miller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and development across various educational and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Talent Connection Manager at Ivy Tech Community College since May 2021, Tiffany has built and maintained relationships with over 200 local businesses to enhance employment opportunities for students. Prior roles include Career Coach at Work One Lafayette, where evaluation of client eligibility for the America’s Promise Grant was a primary responsibility, and Director of Development at Camp Tecumseh YMCA, overseeing significant annual operations. Additionally, Tiffany held leadership positions in annual giving at both Purdue University and the University of Illinois, contributing to strategic planning and execution of development initiatives. Tiffany holds a Master of Science in Library and Information Sciences from the University of Illinois System and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Purdue University.
