Giancarlo Morabito

Giancarlo Morabito currently serves as the E-commerce and Operations Manager for Europe at IWC Schaffhausen, having previously held the position of E-commerce and Operations Coordinator for the same region. In this role, Giancarlo leads and optimizes end-to-end Ecommerce operations and oversees the Customer Relationship Center's performance. Prior experience includes roles at Cartier as a Sales and Customer Advisor focused on the Italian and Spanish markets, where Giancarlo excelled in client management and sales target achievement. Additional experience includes business development at Innovation Campus and marketing roles at Quevey s.r.l. and Weekendesk. Giancarlo holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from LIUC - Università Cattaneo, an Erasmus+ in Business Administration from ISM University of Management and Economics, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Corporate Communication and Global Markets from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
