Mladen Smilevski

Mladen Smilevski has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mladen most recently worked at IWConnect as a Business Analyst starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ASEE as a Business Analyst Banking from August 2022 to April 2023. In this role, they were responsible for detecting business needs and processes of client-bank, communicating requirements to developers, creating epics, user stories, and tasks, planning sprints, and distributing tasks to developers. Mladen also tested and shared APIs to developers using tools such as Postman, GitHub, and Bankapi. Before their time at ASEE, Mladen worked at Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje for a significant period. Mladen held the positions of Financial Analyst - Senior Customer Relationship Specialist from December 2012 to August 2022, and Trade Finance Officer from February 2007 to November 2012.

Mladen Smilevski completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje, from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained their Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Ekonomski Institut Skopje, spanning from 2006 to 2011.
