Pawel Ornatek

Pawel Ornatek serves as the CEO and Managing Director of Workplace Operations at IWG plc since September 2021, overseeing the sales and operations of a leader in the global flex office market. Prior to this role, Pawel held the position of CEO and Managing Director at Profi, a major processed food manufacturer, from June 2018 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes roles such as CEO and Managing Director for IWG plc in Poland, CEO at Lyreco Group, Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Metsä Tissue, and CEO at Alberto Culver for its subsidiaries. Pawel also held the Sales Director position at Tetley and was the Regional Commercial Managing Director at PepsiCo, contributing significantly to the startup of operations in Poland.
