Barbara Parish has worked at the IWK Health Centre since 2016 as the Chief of Obstetrics. Prior to that, they worked at Dalhousie University since 1991 as an Associate Professor in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
Barbara Parish completed their education as follows:
- From 1986 to 1991, they attended Dalhousie University and earned a degree in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (FRCSC).
- Prior to that, they studied Medicine at McMaster University from 1983 to 1986, obtaining an MD degree.
- Barbara'sundergraduate studies were at York University, where they received a BA in Political Science from 1979 to 1983.
