Deekshant Kaul's work experience includes various roles in different companies.
At IXL Learning, Deekshant worked as a Software Engineer. Deekshant led the design process and business requirement development for a service that allowed customers to access invoices and receipts. Deekshant also spearheaded a project to integrate sales representative and account information with a CRM tool for account analytics.
During their time at Trellis: Legal Intelligence, Deekshant worked as a Co-op. Deekshant developed a new scraping library that improved efficiency and reduced scraping time. Deekshant also built a test suite with high coverage.
At Perfecto Coffee, Deekshant was part of a directed research project as a Directed Researcher. Deekshant developed an app for pre-ordering customizable coffee and managed a team as a Project Manager.
As an Intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deekshant interacted with stakeholders and created RFPs for technology projects in the Hubballi-Dharwad Smart City Project.
At Vision NetSoft Private Limited, Deekshant served as a Special Assistant to the Director. Deekshant developed a database center for the Government of Gujarat, India, and implemented security systems to protect data integrity and privacy.
Deekshant also had internships at the Department of Information Technology, Government of India, and Sify Technologies Limited, where they worked on projects related to State Wide Area Network monitoring.
Deekshant Kaul's education history begins with their high school education at Delhi Public School in Faridabad, which they attended from 1997 to 2013. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Chemistry and Mathematics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Deekshant studied there from 2014 to 2018.
Following their undergraduate studies, Deekshant earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California Viterbi School of Engineering. Deekshant attended USC from 2018 to 2020 to further their education in their chosen field.
In addition to their formal education, Deekshant has also obtained two additional certifications. Deekshant completed a course titled "Machine Learning: 6 Real-World Applications" at Udemy in February 2020. Deekshant also received a certification in "Technology Commercialization" from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in August 2016.
