Guanyi Su has a diverse work experience in various software engineering roles. In 2019, Guanyi worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Nokia, where they utilized the React.js framework to build a frontend user interface for displaying signal station data. At UC San Diego, Guanyi served as a Research and Development Engineer, focusing on constructing a cancer prediction model based on genetic data and implementing scripts to collect data from databases. In 2022, Guanyi joined DM Consulting as a Full Stack Software Developer, taking the lead in building a web app that generates customized dry-docking PDF reports and implementing a file system for managing vessel and dock data. In 2023, Guanyi will be starting a role as a Software Engineer at IXL Learning.
Guanyi Su completed a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science at UC San Diego from 2018 to 2022. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in computer science at Yale University from 2022 to 2023.
