Jared Tating has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software engineering. Jared started their career as a Rides Operator at Six Flags in 2017 and worked there until 2018. In 2019, they joined UC Berkeley College of Engineering as a CS 10 Academic Intern, a role they held until 2020. Following this, they interned as a Fullstack Software Engineer at the Children's Defense Fund from February to August 2021. Jared then gained further experience as a Software Engineering Intern at HCL Technologies from June to August 2021. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer at IXL Learning, starting in August 2022.
Jared Tating started their education at Jesse M. Bethel High School from 2014 to 2018. After completing high school, Jared went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Cognitive Science at the University of California, Berkeley from 2018 to 2022.
