Bronwyn Mitchell is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and business partnering. Currently serving as Head of HR Business Partnering for IXOM since July 2021, Bronwyn previously held the position of General Manager - People & Culture Operations at Vicinity Centres from February 2013 to December 2020, where leadership was provided to a team of senior HR Business Partners and the workplace services team. Prior to this, Bronwyn contributed to Crown Resorts Limited in various roles, including GM/Head of Business Partnering and Human Resources Manager from 2005 to 2013. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources & Career Management from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Victoria University.
