Mark Blondel is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in commercial finance and strategic leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial Finance (Global) at IXOM since April 2018, Mark oversees group commercial performance for a market leader in water treatment and chemical distribution. Previous roles include Divisional CFO for both the Manufactured Chemicals and Life Sciences divisions at IXOM, where Mark was instrumental in developing growth strategies and managing financial accountability for multi-million dollar operations. Prior to IXOM, Mark was the Head of Finance Business Partnering at VicRoads and held multiple finance roles at Coles, culminating in significant contributions to category management. Mark began a career in finance at KPMG, where auditing and financial analysis were key responsibilities. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University and is a Chartered Accountant.
