Hassen Jemai has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Hassen started their career as a Sales associate at Ferrari Investment Group, where they focused on maintaining and increasing sales of Heavy Equipment for Construction in North Africa. Hassen then transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance Manager at IXOLIT Group, where they were responsible for overseeing all activities within a team and finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services. Hassen later became the Head of Network Operations at IXOLIT Group, where they managed and coordinated the NOC team to ensure efficient networking systems. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Network Operations at IXOPAY. Overall, Hassen has gained valuable experience in sales, customer service, quality assurance, and network operations.
Hassen Jemai obtained a High School Diploma in Economics from IBN AL JAZZAR in 2004. Hassen then pursued a Mastery in Commercial High Studies degree from the Higher Institute of Computer Science and Management, completing it in 2009.
