Morgan Littlewood has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Morgan started their career at Bellcore in 1987 as a consultant, where they worked on ATM switching systems. In 1985, they joined Telstra as a Section Manager, specializing in fast packet switching and later transitioning to ATM and IP technologies. While at Telstra, they wrote software for an X.25 PAD product. In 1991, they joined Cisco Systems in Australia as the first employee in the southern hemisphere and held the role of Senior Director of Marketing. Morgan was responsible for technical pre-sales and post-sales in Australia and New Zealand. In 2004, Morgan joined Nemo Systems as a VP of Marketing and Business Development, where they helped develop and implement a new method for implementing high-speed ports on switches and routers. From 2006 to 2014, they served as VP of Marketing and Business Development at Violin Memory, a leading innovator in all-flash memory arrays and technologies. In 2014, they co-founded Kodiak Data, a company that specializes in containerizing clusters for data-heavy applications. Finally, in 2018, they joined iXsystems as the SVP of Product Management and Business Development, where they focus on building high availability platforms with enterprise-class data management using open-source technologies.
Morgan Littlewood attended Melbourne Grammar from 1975 to 1980, although no specific degree or field of study is specified for this period. Later, from 1981 to 1984, Morgan pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Melbourne.
