Brent Houser

Brent Houser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations within the transportation industry. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience Highway at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. since September 2019, Brent has contributed to the company in various roles since September 2001, including Director of Customer Experience, Director of Truckload Operations, Sr Operations Manager, and Project Manager. Brent holds a Bachelor's degree in Transportation and Logistics from the University of Arkansas, earned between 2002 and 2008.
