Shelby Dunfield

Shelby Dunfield is currently an Associate HR Business Partner at J.D. Irving, Limited, a position held since April 2024, following a role as a Human Resources Summer Student within the same organization. Prior to this, Shelby served as VP Events for the UNB Business Administration Undergraduate Society from May 2023 to April 2024, and as a Settlement Summer Student at J.D. Irving, Limited during the summer of 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a Residence Assistant at the University of New Brunswick and working as a Creative Content Coordinator at Sully's Ice Cream Parlour and the United Way Saint John, Kings, and Charlotte. Previous internships were completed at TD and Horizon Health Network. An education background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mount Allison University. Shelby's foundational education was completed at Sussex Regional High School, where a high school diploma was obtained in 2020.
