Tim Swaringim

Tim Swaringim is an experienced operations manager currently at J.F. Electric, Incorporated, overseeing rock drilling assets and reporting to the Executive VP. Previously, Tim owned Utility Pole Rock Hole Drillers, LLC, where the focus was on drilling utility pole sockets, and co-founded Precision Daylighting Inc., serving in various executive roles. Tim's career also includes significant experience at Ameren, where responsibilities encompassed field supervision and management of various programs, as well as progression from journeyman lineman to management roles. Prior roles include operations manager at BURNS INTERNATIONAL SECURITY SERVICES and service in the US Army, where Tim held multiple leadership positions. Tim holds 30 hours of coursework in Airframe Mechanics and a unique "Masters in Life Experience" from the School of Life.
