Shrikant Manjrekar

Shrikant Manjrekar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in payroll management and human resources. Currently serving as Corporate HR & Head Payroll Shared Services at J M BAXI GROUP since July 2016, Shrikant oversees payroll for over 3000 employees and ensures compliance with payroll regulations. Previously, Shrikant held the position of Corporate HR Manager at Parekh Group, where responsibilities included HR partnering, manpower planning, and statutory compliance. Earlier, as Manager-HR at Fortune Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Shrikant gained expertise in recruitment and employee life cycle management. Shrikant holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, a B.Com. from the University of Mumbai, and has studied Aviation at the University of Cambridge.
