Karl Budge

Karl has more than 25 years of experience within the construction industry, starting as a site engineer for his family business and most recently acting as Transportation Sector Director within Murphy.

Previously, as Network Rail’s Regional Delivery Director for Scotland and London North East, he led the delivery of major programmes of renewals and enhancements works, building relationships across the client, stakeholder and contracting sectors.

Karl now leads the Strategy function for Murphy, working with our Executive team to ensure we have a clear plan for future success.

He is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and a Member of the Institution of Collaborative Working.
