Sarah Gault

Sarah Gault is a seasoned professional in the fields of training, research, and public policy. Currently serving as a Senior Training Manager at Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) since December 2018, Gault has previously held roles such as Training Manager and Senior Research, Education, and Training Associate within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as a Teaching Assistant at the Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs and at The College of William and Mary, and as a Research Assistant at both The Urban Institute and The College of William and Mary Economics Department. Gault's consulting experience at The World Bank and research contributions at the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center further demonstrate a strong background in development impact evaluation and public finance. Educational achievements include a Master of Public Affairs from Brown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Psychology from William & Mary.
