Rick Rodriguez is a seasoned real estate professional with over 32 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as President of Core One Real Estate & Management, Inc. since October 2017, Rick also operates as a Real Estate Broker and Property Manager, overseeing properties for investors in the San Francisco Bay Area. Rick's expertise extends to managing leases, tenant relations, and risk management. In addition to maintaining a self-employed role as Managing Director and Real Estate Broker Associate since 2008, Rick has held positions at Pacific Union, Prudential California Realty, and Century 21. Rick is a bi-lingual California Real Estate Broker with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Saint Mary's College.
