Douglas Dephillips

Douglas DePhillips is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in the construction and consulting industries. Currently serving as Sr. Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, and Executive Vice President of Strategic Growth at J.S. Held LLC since 2015, Douglas focuses on expanding the consulting team through strategic mergers and acquisitions and recruiting top talent. Douglas also holds a longstanding role as Partner and Past President at Chroma Building Corp. Prior experience includes positions as Deputy Operations Manager and Project Executive at Turner Construction Company from 1998 to 2008 and as Project Manager at TDX Construction Corporation from 1992 to 1998. Douglas earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College.
