Marco Flores

Marco Flores is an experienced professional with a robust background in engineering and plant management. Currently serving as Plant Manager for J.W. Speaker Corporation since June 2022, Marco has previously held key leadership roles at Plexus Corp. from February 2015 to June 2022, including Process Engineering Manager, Focus Factory Manager, and Engineering Supervisor. Prior experience includes project leadership at Jabil and engineering management at Flextronics, along with foundational roles at LG Electronics and Bell Labs Lucent Technologies. Marco holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Universidad de Guadalajara and has pursued further education at the College of Lake County. Expertise encompasses process optimization, operational excellence, and the introduction of new technologies, contributing to enhanced productivity and quality assurance across multiple manufacturing environments.
