Laura Bell currently serves as the Chief of Staff at JAAQ, with additional responsibilities as the People & Growth Director and Product Lead for Projects. Previously, Laura held the position of Head of Partnerships & Operations at Wellness Cloud and Parent Cloud, contributing to innovative wellbeing solutions through expert support and technology. Laura's extensive experience includes over nine years at Octopus, where roles encompassed Head of People Operations & Recruitment, Head of Talent Acquisition, and Senior Recruitment Manager, leading recruitment and operational strategies in the finance sector. Prior to Octopus, Laura was an Associate Director at Argyll Scott and held leadership positions at Hydrogen Group, focusing on business transformation and finance. Laura is an alumnus of Northwood College.
