Dejana Radakovic

Dejana Radakovic has three years of work experience. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at SMATSA as an Internship in Quality and Safety management department. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at Hyperoptic Ltd. as a Quality Data Administrator. Currently, they are working at Jackpot.com as a Compliance System Analyst, where they are responsible for supporting the Department in the development, implementation and usage of compliance business systems, including system processes improvement, integration of third-party software within the existent technical systems and operations. Dejana also maintains data integrity within the Department software, performs and documents rule testing and creates performance reports as needed for analysis functions. Additionally, they identify changes and concerns in technical system functionality, conducts analysis to resolve issues, and recommends improvements.

Dejana Radakovic is currently enrolled in the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, where they are working towards their degree in Quality Manager with a field of study in Quality Management and Standardization. Dejana previously attended the Faculty of Traffic and Transport Engineering from 2014 to 2019, where they earned their degree in Engineer of Traffic and Transport with a field of study in Air Traffic and Transport.
