Lauren Coval

Lauren Coval currently serves as the eCommerce Customer Experience Manager at Jackson Control, a leading distributor and systems integrator for building technologies, since July 2022. Prior to this role, Lauren gained extensive experience in education, having worked as a teacher at Chicago Public Schools from February 2015 to July 2022 and as a second-grade teacher at Catalyst Charter Schools from July 2013 to February 2015. Lauren's teaching career began at Murphy Performance Academy, where responsibilities included managing a classroom of 25 students with varying needs. Earlier experience also includes a position as Office Administrator at Cranbrook Educational Community. Lauren holds a degree in Elementary Education with a focus on Reading from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2012.
