Neda N. Dal Cielo is the Office Managing Principal of the Silicon Valley, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. An experienced litigator and trial attorney, Ms. Dal Cielo represents employers in state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation in numerous areas of employment law including claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, failure to accommodate disabilities, defamation, breach of contract, fraud, failure to pay wages and a variety of other statutory and common law claims. She also represents employers before state and federal agencies including the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Labor Standards Enforcement.

In addition to litigation, Ms. Dal Cielo provides day-to-day advice and counseling to employers with an emphasis on strategies to prevent and manage litigation risks. She frequently advises employers on the multitude of issues that arise under the employment relationship, such as employee hiring and termination, workplace investigations, workplace violence, litigation avoidance, and compliance with EEO requirements.

Ms. Dal Cielo also conducts in-house employment law training programs and risk management audits to help employers avoid employment-related liability. She has taught classes on sexual harassment, discrimination, reductions in force and alternative dispute resolution, and has given numerous presentations on specialized areas of labor and employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, arbitration, and conducting C-suite investigations.
