JACOB A RIIS NEIGHBORHOOD SETTLEMENT
Gina Logan is an experienced educator and administrator with a diverse background in tutoring, event logistics, and community support services. Currently serving as an Activity Specialist at Jacob A. Riis Neighborhood Settlement since February 2015, Gina tutors students in Mathematics and Language Arts, fosters social skills, and develops lesson plans for healthy living. Gina has also held the position of Executive Assistant to the President at the African American Women in Cinema Organization since October 2007, overseeing administrative duties and event logistics. Previous roles include Instructor at Evangel Christian School, Teachers Assistant at Young Adults with Special Abilities Inc., Family Worker/Disabilities Coordinator at Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens, and Group Leader/Board Member at Queens Bridge Day Care Center. Gina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Service from Metropolitan College of New York, attained between 2001 and 2004.
