Justin Johnson

Justin Johnson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, securities law, and transactional matters. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Jacobs since January 2017, Justin leads the Corporate & Securities legal group, providing essential legal support to senior leadership and various corporate departments. Previously, Justin held key roles at Vistra Energy, Hogan Lovells, Kaye Scholer LLP, and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and compliance. Justin holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Dartmouth College.
