Kay Hamilton

Kay Hamilton currently serves as an Engagement Manager for the Cities & Places division at Jacobs, having held various roles within the company since March 2017, including Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Lead for different regions. Previous experience includes managing recruitment efforts as a Managing Consultant at HR GO Recruitment, conducting research as a Criminal Intelligence Analyst for Police Scotland, and serving as a Recruitment Consultant with Huntress Group and Office Angels. Kay possesses advanced skills in talent sourcing, client management, data analysis, and project management, supported by a Master’s Degree in Criminological Research from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of the West of Scotland.
