Geoff Walker serves as a Trustee and Chair of Audit & Risk at Ōtautahi Community Housing Trust since September 2023. Previously, Geoff held roles at Jade Software Corporation as Head of Finance and Sustainability and Finance Manager since May 2019. From 2015 to 2021, Geoff was the Treasurer for Amnesty International New Zealand. At Trade Aid New Zealand from 2014 to 2019, Geoff worked as Finance Manager, overseeing financial and management accounting for 30 entities, AML/CFT compliance, and treasury functions. Geoff's experience includes financial accounting roles at Lyttelton Port Company and Conference Innovators, where responsibilities included budget preparation, cash flow planning, and management reporting. Earlier experience as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young involved preparing financial statements and tax returns for a diverse client base. Geoff is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BBS in Entrepreneurship Studies and Accountancy from Massey University.
