Tuba Khalid is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as the Learning & OD Lead at Jaffer Brothers (Pvt) Limited since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Regional Human Resources Manager at Beaconhouse Group, and Manager of Talent, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion at K-Electric, where responsibilities encompassed change management and the implementation of Success Factors. Tuba has also worked as an HR Business Partner at TCS Express & Logistics and served in various HR capacities at Siemens Pakistan and Dawood Lawrencepur Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources and a BBA in Human Resources from the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology.
