Alan Bhimani

Alan Bhimani is an experienced patent attorney with a career spanning over two decades in intellectual property law. Currently serving as the Head of Patent Litigation & FTO at Jaguar Land Rover since September 2013, Alan previously held roles as an Associate at Marks & Clerk, where expertise included preparing and filing patent applications, providing infringement opinions, and conducting oral proceedings at the European Patent Office. Prior to that, Alan served as a Senior Associate at Ollila Lanoe LLP and as an Intellectual Property Manager at IMI Vision, collaborating with R&D teams to secure technology protection. Alan's professional journey began as a Graduate Engineer at IMI Plc after obtaining a degree in Product Design and Manufacturing Engineering from Loughborough University.
