Vignesh Viswanathan

Vignesh Viswanathan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in cost engineering and tooling. Currently serving as a Senior Cost Engineer and previously as a Tooling Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover since May 2017, Vignesh has a background in die development, project coordination, and new business development across various organizations. Vignesh's prior roles include NPI Tooling Engineer and Project Tooling Engineer at Stadco Limited, where responsibilities encompassed die development in China and project support for JLR new programs. At Gestamp India, Vignesh excelled as a Key Account Manager focusing on business development and project management for major automotive clients like Ford and Renault-Nissan. Vignesh's career also features strategic sourcing and vendor development at Wipro Infrastructure Engineering Ltd and a techno-commercial role at Caparo Vehicle Products. Vignesh holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from MGR University, Chennai, and has foundational training from NTTF.
