Bob Jones has extensive experience in technology and services, currently serving as Vice President at Jaitra Inc since April 2012. Prior roles include Sr. Vice President and Chief Process Officer at Outreach Financial Services and Vice President of Information Technology and MIS at CareCentric. Bob has also held key positions such as COO and Partner at Kaizen Media Holdings and Vice President of Network Solutions at Eclipsys. Earlier in their career, Bob was Director of Network Operations at Actamed (acquired by Healtheon/WebMD) and spent over 18 years at Delta Air Lines as Sr. Fellow and Manager of Network Engineering and Support.
