Anita Maalik

Anita Maalik serves as the Group CHRO at Jakson Group since April 2024. Prior roles include Head of HR at AVTEC Limited, CK Birla Group, where responsibilities encompassed partnering with the CEO to enhance people capabilities and fostering a performance-driven culture. At CK Birla Group, Anita acted as Corporate HR Business Partner, focusing on organizational restructuring and cultural transformation. Previous experience includes various roles at IBM, where engagement spanned learning consulting and leadership development, alongside a managerial position in Learning & Development at Satyam BPO. Earlier academic involvement consisted of teaching Organizational Behaviour and related subjects at UPES. Anita holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Delhi University.
