Shefali Raj

Dr. Shefali Raj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health and wellness, soft skills development, and education management. Currently, Dr. Raj serves as Co-Founder at AasRay since March 2024 and holds the position of Independent Director at Jakson Group since November 2022. As the Owner of SPEAKWEL The Lifestyle School since March 1992, Dr. Raj has focused on soft skills development for professionals. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Director at PSIT Group of Colleges from December 2015 to October 2022, and Director of Corporate Relations at PSIT from August 2009 to November 2015. Dr. Raj earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration and Management, and a Master’s degree in Commerce from Christ Church College. An early education was completed at Loreto Convent, where foundational studies in English and Economics were undertaken.
