Cristy Richards currently serves as President and CEO of JAKTOOL, a position held since August 2014, also having previously held the role of Vice President and COO. Prior to this, Cristy had significant experience at Medtronic Spine & Biologics, where a transition to the Procurement Organization was facilitated to provide vital engineering insight post-acquisition of Osteotech. Previous roles include Manager of Product Development Engineering at Osteotech, Development Engineer at Blackstone Medical, and Product Development Engineer at Osteotech. Notably, Cristy was the Chief Engineer at the Gait Study Center at Temple University. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University, and a Master of Business Administration from Monmouth University.
