Regina Venska Ardiana

Regina Venska Ardiana is an accomplished product management professional currently serving as the Head of Product - Software at JALA since January 2024. Previously, Regina held various roles at CrediBook from June 2021 to June 2023, culminating in the position of Lead Product Manager. Experience includes impactful roles at Tokopedia as an Associate Product Manager and at Garena as a Game Operations Senior Associate within the Product Team, where responsibilities involved managing product lifecycle and facilitating communication between marketing and development teams. Regina began her career as a People Team Associate at Sea (Garena Group) and completed a brief internship at Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Regina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada, earned in 2016.
