Agnes Bejo is the Partner and Head of Corporate & M&A at Jalsovszky. Agnes has extensive experience in supervising and managing M&A transactions and joint ventures, as well as advising clients on corporate, commercial, and employment issues. Prior to their current role, Agnes was a Senior Associate at Allen & Overy, where Agnes also specialized in M&A transactions and corporate law matters. Agnes Bejo started their legal career as a Junior Lawyer and holds degrees from Eötvös Loránd University and József Attila Gimnázium.
