Dani Grant started their career at Ogilvy in 2012, where they worked as a Business Intern for three months. In 2013, they interned as a Design Intern at Hyperactivate for ten months. The following year, in 2014, they worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Harry's Grooming for four months and as an Ad Product Intern at BuzzFeed for three months. From 2015 to 2018, Dani was a Product Manager at Cloudflare. In 2018, they joined Union Square Ventures as an Analyst and worked there until 2020. Currently, Dani is the CEO of Jam.dev, a bug reporting platform that allows users to capture their screen and developer logs in one click.
Dani Grant earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction from New York University, completing their education from 2011 to 2014.
