Louis also served as the Director of Energy Utilities & Mining Operations Transformation Consulting at PwC Middle East from January 2011 to September 2013, where they led operations transformation programs and achieved significant cost savings for clients. Before joining PwC, they were the Director of Operations Transformation Consulting at Argon & Co, where they played a key role in establishing the Middle East branch and growing the consulting team. Louis also has experience as a Founder and CEO of Nemeos, focusing on digital leisure development, and as a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Transformation Consulting at KPMG Peat Marwick. Louis started their career at Hays as a Client Project Manager, specializing in logistics and distribution IT solutions. Throughout their career, Louis has consistently delivered value generation, exceeded revenue targets, and demonstrated strong leadership skills.
Louis Enaux earned a Master II degree in corporate finance from ISC Paris, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, Louis also obtained the certification of Certified Agile Leadership I from Scrum Alliance in June 2019.

Founded in 1972, JAM Industries Ltd. began operating in Montreal under the trade name of Erikson Music, and through the 1970’s, witnessed the rapid growth of this Quebec-based company. In the 1980’s JAM Industries widened its scope. In addition to Erikson Music, JAM acquired the Korg Canada line, and created the Erikson Pro Audio division, which allowed greater focus on important market areas. In April 1986, JAM Industries purchased full assets of Coast Wholesale Music Ltd. and proceeded to transform this Western Canadian company from a regional distributor into a full-fledged national marketing and sales force, thus ensuring that JAM had full National distribution of all of its products. In the 1990’s, building on established strengths, the company expanded. It split the Erikson Pro Audio division into two unique divisions, and dove into the lighting market, distributing Martin Professional Lighting products in Canada. Additionally, JAM Industries made its foray into the consumer electronics field with the creation of the Erikson Consumer division. The early 2000s brought a new dimension to the Canadian company, with the addition and acquisition of various sister companies in the Untied States: American Music & Sound, US Music Corp, American Audio & Video and Ashly Audio.
