Jarrett Luckett

Jarrett Luckett is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management and consultancy. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Jamba since October 2022, Jarrett leads operations for a franchise group in the Greater Milwaukee area while identifying risks to sales. As the Owner and Consultant of The Luckett Group LLC since April 2020, Jarrett focuses on supporting anti-human trafficking organizations through staff development and strategic planning, providing training to over 1,000 individuals across five countries. Previous roles include Assistant General Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill, where Jarrett improved revenue at the highest volume location in Wisconsin, and Executive Director at Exploit No More, where operational efficiency was enhanced, saving over $500,000 annually.
