John Andrew Bathan

John Andrew Bathan possesses extensive experience in product innovation and quality management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Head of Innovation and Quality at Jamba Juice since 2012, John leads the Product Innovation team, focuses on new product development, and drives efficiency in quality processes. Previous roles include Technical Services Manager at Max's Group Inc., where John managed culinary R&D and quality assurance, and Research & Development Officer at Goldilocks Bakeshop, where product creation and standardization were key responsibilities. John holds a Master's degree in Business Management from the University of the Philippines Los Baños and a BS in Food Technology, complemented by certifications in culinary arts and managerial courses.
