Lavonne McAlicher

LaVonne McAlicher is an experienced professional in quality assurance and food safety with a significant background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance & Food Safety at Peet's Coffee, Inc. dba Mighty Leaf Tea since January 2018, LaVonne also holds the position of Senior Director of Global Quality Assurance at Mighty Leaf Tea Company since July 2016. As a Senior Director at Jamba Juice since August 2012, responsibilities expanded to encompass international quality assurance, domestic product marketing, and license partner management. Previous roles include Director of Quality Assurance at Choicelunch for a brief period in 2012 and a long tenure at Jack in the Box from 1999 to 2011, where LaVonne advanced through various positions in product development and innovation. LaVonne holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition Sciences from Drexel University, as well as a Master's degree in Food Science from Rutgers University.
