Daniel Foulkes

Daniel Foulkes is a Senior Research Fellow specializing in Data Interoperability at James Cook University and the Northern Australian Regional Digital Health Collaborative, beginning in September 2023. With extensive experience in health IT and integration architecture, Daniel has held pivotal roles at notable organizations, including Philips, where responsibilities included interoperability architecture for healthcare pathways, FHIR data modeling, and governance analysis. Previous positions encompass leadership in healthcare integration projects at Health Info Services and Northern Queensland Primary Health Network, as well as executive management at Apunipima Cape York Health Council Limited. Daniel's educational background includes an M.B.A. in International Management and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from The University of Auckland.
