Bennie Kovach

Bennie and his teams are responsible for the tracking and successful execution of all preconstruction deliverables, including estimates, drawing reviews, and cost savings opportunity analyses – including preconstruction services across all of DAVIS’ market sectors (office, residential, renovation, education, and tenant interiors). Bennie is actively engaged in design meetings and is vital in helping clients navigate challenging design decisions through the use of creative and customized deliverables and communication dashboards. Bennie uses relationship building and an understanding of current market conditions to ensure that clients maximize value through their DAVIS preconstruction experience.
