Chad Oursler

Chad Oursler, LEED AP, currently serves as Project Executive at James G. Davis Construction (DAVIS) since December 2017, overseeing key projects such as the Baltimore City College HS Modernization and various luxury affordable housing initiatives. Prior to that, Chad worked at Henley Construction Co., Inc. for a decade, advancing from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager with a focus on educational and senior living projects, including significant modernizations and renovations. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management Technology from the University of Maryland, an Associate of Applied Science in Construction Management from Montgomery College, and a Bachelor of Science in Astrophysics from Towson University.
