Dave Kuncheff

Highly regarded by DAVIS employees and clients alike, Dave is a true leader who brings out the best in others. He is responsible for the residential and mixed-use markets, overseeing a variety of projects — from low-, mid-, and high-rise multifamily to senior living and hospitality. Dave is regularly involved in the business development and preconstruction phases, in addition to his complete oversight of the operations staff.
