Joe’s ability to thrive on a highly technical project helps him manage multiple teams within the Office Building and Renovation groups. Throughout his 20 years of experience, he has taken complex plans from start to finish, including historic restorations, deep excavations, and the most building relocations in DAVIS history—8 in total, including the two heaviest moves in DC history. Joe’s leadership shines through as he challenges others to think outside the box and encourages full collaboration to ensure success across the board.
