Joy Phifer

Joy Phifer is an experienced professional currently serving as the Pursuits Manager at James G. Davis Construction since March 2023. Previously, Joy held the position of Manager of Graphic Design at the National Confectioners Association, where responsibilities included developing marketing materials for Congressional advocacy and creating data sheets for member engagement. Joy's extensive background in graphic design and marketing includes roles at Eastdil Secured, Carr Properties, Cushman & Wakefield, and Interface Engineering, focusing on brand management, marketing strategy, and communication with clients. Joy began a career in finance as a Credit Assistant at Monument Bank and has interned in marketing at Federal Realty Investment Trust. Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Maryland and has academic experience at the University of London.
