Arif Chawalwala has over 17 years of work experience in various engineering and leadership roles. Arif started their career at Transpo Industries, Inc. as a Senior Product Development Engineer and later moved on to become a Project Engineering. In 2007, Arif joined Honeywell International as a Senior Product/Materials Engineer, where they led a team of engineers and provided support to various departments. Arif then worked at Solvay as a Project Lead/Senior Process Engineer for seven years before joining James Hardie Building Products as the Central Quality Team Lead in 2017. Arif has successfully led projects resulting in significant cost savings, increased capacity utilization, and successful product launches, demonstrating their expertise in process improvement and project management.
Arif Chawalwala holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Delaware. Arif also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance, General from Baruch College.
